RSTV (Regional State Television) is a corporation founded by Jose T. Searcy (with the help of other people). It's purpose is to provide local programming and entertainment for people all around the country.
The first RSTV affiliate signed on March 7th, 1959 in New York. The final RSTV affiliate in the U.S. signed on June 21st, 1968 in Alaska. (the final RSTV affiliate in an U.S. territory signed on 1987 in the Northern Mariana Islands)
