in October 1997, Mexia Supermarket was established by Advance Investment Corp. after obtaining a $975k business loan from Comercia Bank-Texas. Mexia operated in 3900 Hemphil Street, Fort Worth, TX, opening its doors in late 1998. Advance Investments were unable to make the store profitable. on July 1999 the store closed, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy protection was filed on September 28th, and Comercia Bank. two weeks before filing for bankruptcy protection, Mexia was removed from Forth Worth's Health Department's active food establishements. The trustee would have been responsible for disposing of Mexia's inventory, however due to miscommunications the supermarket became a biohazard. when the owners lost control, they just locked the door, left everything, shut down the electricity and went. Somewhere. soon after october 18th, stuff started rotting REAAL Bad;y like hooh. this attracted all the BUGS and stuff and they infested the damn store and had S3*X in there. the building became so toxic the gas started spreading out of the store and people around it started smelling the Smell. like REALLY Smeelling the SMELL the smelly smell. like some guy like fainted or something i vaguely remember hearing something about that . fort worth officials started an investigation, trying to find the owners and contacting the current owner of the building to request a cleanup. Comercia, the owners of the building said they contacted A Plus Budget Movers but they backed out cuz of how bad it got they literally couldnt do it. comercia refused to clean it, insisting that they werent mexia's legal owner. a month earlier they requested a foreclosure during the bankruptcy. anyways about the building during the investigation there waB Bigs some guys got he job done and now its a dollar general. anyways yea this is L&S if you expected a proper thingy go somewhere else i dont get paid enough for this
